Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunities – Interventional Radiology & Emergency Department

Avant Tech is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our client’s healthcare teams in Kingman, AZ. We have multiple full-time, part-time, and PRN openings across Interventional Radiology and Emergency Department specialties. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with healthcare regulations and hospital standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Assist in interventional radiology procedures or deliver emergency nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in emergency response situations and act as a team leader when necessary.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (NLC) - (License eligible candidates must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred).
• Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Interventional Radiology, ICU, CCU, Emergency Department, or Med/Surg nursing.
• Additional certifications such as PALS, TNCC, ESI training, CPI (Crisis Prevention), and Basic EKG competency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during shifts.
• Capable of lifting equipment up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 150 lbs.
• Comfortable working with patients in varying conditions, including infectious diseases.
