Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Brief:
Tektalentinc is currently looking for the RN (Registered Nurses)Caregivers.
This position is about performing direct and indirect patient care as specified by individual care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.
We have positions across the USA. This facility is committed to help regain independence. Our clients goal is to provide superior nursing/healthcare therapy services.
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited University if applicable
Experience: 3+ years
Licensure: ACLS (AHA) ,BLS (AHA)
RN Roles and Responsibilities :
Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions. Assess and evaluate patients' needs for, and responses to care rendered. Apply sound nursing judgement in patient care management decisions. Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of current CCU (critical care unit)experience - Required
Prior travel experience - Preferred
Prior Cerner experience – Preferred
