Location: Oakland, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary:
We are hiring Registered Nurses to join a patient-centered healthcare team in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, coordinate treatment plans, and support patients throughout their healthcare journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to comply with regulatory and organizational standards
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

• Current California RN license in good standing
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
