Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in long-term care settings

• Administer medications and follow care plans

• Monitor and document patient conditions

• Supervise LPNs and GNAs as needed

• Communicate with staff and families

• Follow infection control and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Maryland

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
