About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality nursing care for our residents. You’ll oversee daily clinical operations, guide and support your team, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment where residents thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all resident assessments are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Monitor and manage facility compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date resident care plans in accordance with standards of care.
• Review monthly physician orders for accuracy and completeness.
•  Oversee proper medication destruction procedures.
•  Review and evaluate all incident reports, providing recommendations as needed.
•  Report urgent or critical issues promptly to the Executive Director.
•  Verify medications for accuracy and compliance.
•  Conduct medication cart reviews as necessary to ensure safety and adherence to protocols.
