As a Hybrid RN (Admission/Float), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients and families across Southeast Missouri receive the care, comfort, and support they deserve. You’ll combine the meaningful first connection of admissions with the ongoing clinical presence of a field nurse—offering both professional challenge and personal fulfillment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct compassionate admission assessments, ensuring patients and families understand their plan of care.
• Provide skilled nursing visits and float support for ongoing hospice patients as census and needs evolve.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides—to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate and empower families to care confidently for their loved ones.
• Serve as a trusted clinical advocate, ensuring quality, comfort, and dignity in every encounter.
