The Registered Nurse RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse RN, is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.

License

Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse RN license in the state of practice.

Experience

At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse RN.

Credentials

• Background screening 


• Drug screening


• Current CPR


• Hepatitis B Statement or Declination


• Tuberculosis screening


• Current Physical Exam


• MMR and Varicella immunizations or titers
