• Patients' care management must be regulated.

• Lead the nursing procedure, assessment, planning, use, and evaluation in accordance with the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse Licensure.

• Being resourceful in terms of improving patient and family satisfaction, while maintaining a focus on clinical frameworks and administrative consistency.

• Educating patients and their families on how to manage illnesses and injuries, as well as disease prevention.

• Can carry out duties with little supervision.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to improve the patient's well-being.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Licensed in the state of PA

• With at least 2 years experience in the same capacity
