Position Overview


As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing services tailored to each patient’s needs, following physician orders and individualized care plans—all in a comfortable home environment.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver direct, one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home

  • Complete assessments

  • Follow and contribute to individualized plans of care

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor patient condition and document progress

  • Educate patients and families on care and safety

  • Communicate changes in condition with the care team

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


 


Qualifications



  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

  • Current CPR certification (adult, child, and infant)

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
