What You'll Do

Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes

Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

What You'll Need

Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible)

Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills

Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team

Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care

Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
