Job Description - Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. The Floor RN assesses residents, administers medications and treatments, monitors changes in condition, and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.

Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.

Ability to supervise nursing staff and work collaboratively with the care team.

Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Schedule:

Shift: 12-hour shifts

Hours: Typically 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM

Schedule: May include rotating weekends and holidays.

Employment: Full-time or as assigned by the facility.
