Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses for an on-site assignment at a Pennsylvania state-operated facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. Registered Nurses will coordinate nursing care for adults with intellectual disabilities while working closely with the clinical care team across multiple living areas.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of Registered Nurse experience and active authorization to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION
• $56.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

ORIENTATION

• Monday–Friday orientation schedule

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Direct and coordinate nursing care during the assigned shift.
• Assist with developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents for changes in health status and communicate findings to appropriate clinical staff.
• Respond to urgent resident-care situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Coordinate care and communicate with members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide nursing support across multiple living areas within the facility.

Requirements
• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania REQUIRED
• Minimum 6 months of Registered Nurse experience REQUIRED
• Ability to coordinate nursing care and respond to residents' changing health needs REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with the clinical care team REQUIRED
• Ability to maintain accurate nursing documentation REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete required clearances and onboarding REQUIRED
• Ability to complete paid Monday–Friday orientation REQUIRED
