Registered Nurse (RN) Clearwater and Surrounding Areas

As an RN with our agency, you’ll be a key member of the care team—conducting assessments, developing care plans, and serving as a clinical liaison between clients, families, and physicians. If you thrive in a patient-centered, independent work environment, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled nursing visits and reassessments

• Create and update individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families on medications, disease management, and self-care

• Document visits in accordance with regulatory guidelines (OASIS proficiency required)

• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Current Florida RN license

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)

• Proficiency with OASIS documentation and assessment process

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

• CPR certification

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfort with technology and accurate documentation habits
