Part Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Employer: A New Jersey physician-owned professional corporation (the “PC”).
Administrative Agent: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support only).

Location: Princeton, NJ.
Type: W-2, Part-Time.
Schedule: 2-3 Days Per Week (Weekday, Dayshift).
Anticipated Start Date: August 2025.
Pay Rate:
2 days/week: Starting at $40,000 per year.
3 days/week: Starting at $55,000 per year.

The Registered Nurse will work with support from a Medical Assistant to support a Physician and Nurse Practitioner in a corporate health center while managing clinic operations and workflow policies and procedures. The nurse will work in a primary care, preventive care, and urgent care capacity. This role is ideal for someone who loves to implement new ideas while providing high quality patient care and patient education.

VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a corporate wellness clinic in Princeton, NJ. The employer will be a New Jersey professional corporation owned and directed by licensed physicians. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution.

Responsibilities: 

• Support Physician and Nurse Practitioner with patient care.
• Initial point of contact for patients, completing assessment and vital signs.
• Specimen collections including phlebotomy.
• Wound care and vaccine administration.
• Follow-up care coordination.
• Maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to: patient care delivery, inventory management, scheduling, policy & procedure implementation & management, and patient engagement (through educational content and events).

Requirements:

• Clean active RN license in NJ.
• Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing work experience in primary care setting.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Highly organized; skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in technology including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be a self-starter who is confident in making recommendations on improving processes while complying with regulatory standards, rules and laws.
• Customer service-oriented and have great bedside manner.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Able to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.
