Registered Nurse (RN) - (CVICU/CCU) - Night Shift -Glenwood Springs

Avant Tech is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Colorado to hire skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU/CCU). This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients across all age groups while working in a high-acuity setting with advanced cardiac services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a busy CVICU/CCU setting.
• Monitor critically ill patients, respond quickly to status changes, and implement interventions.
• Administer medications and manage advanced life support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with standards.

Support patients’ families with education and resources.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 3 years of recent CVICU RN experience (Ready to hit the ground running).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
