Registered Nurse (RN) – Ferris, TX

A healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric patients. This role is responsible for delivering quality patient care, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members to support positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting

  Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor patient conditions and report changes as necessary

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

  Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and treatment needs

  Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care

  Follow established policies, procedures, and professional standards

  Participate in training and ongoing professional development activities

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing education required

  
  


• 
  

  Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Ability to work independently and in a team environment
