Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time/PRN available

Advanced Health Care of Colorado Springs is a small 34-bed Rehab to Home short stay facility. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care
• Utilize an electronic medical records system

Preferred candidates to be vaccinated

Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing with the state board of nursing
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred
