🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and patient care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and their families to support recovery
• Report significant changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to deliver high‑quality care

✔️ Requirements

• Active California RN license
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years
• Current CPR (AHA or Red Cross, live demo)
• TB test or Chest X‑ray (within 12 months)
• Recent Physical (within 12 months)
• Completed Skills Assessment
• Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
