Registered Nurse (RN - Homecare and Hospice)

Shift Availabilities:

• Full-Time - $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus*!
• Saturday and Sunday (weeknight/on-call)
• PRN Evening/Weekend (on-call)

 As a RN Case Manager, you will:

• Visit with patients in their homes or nursing facility setting, providing assessment, teaching and skilled care
• Work with and receive support of other professionals to problem solve and update the patient's plan of care
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills a must
• Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance
