Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Pay: $47.00 to $70.00 (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for their night shift team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity critical care environment while enjoying coastal living in one of the Pacific Northwest's most scenic regions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based ICU care within RN scope as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Teach and educate patients and their families
• Document patient progress and treatment in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Oregon RN License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
• Competency in EMR systems, documentation, and communication
• Comfortable with patient and family education
