Registered Nurse (RN) -In Home Care Agency - PRN

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Conduct initial in-home client assessments and create individualized care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Perform supervisory visits and monitor caregiver performance

  
  


• 
  

  Review documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct skills assessments to evaluate caregiver competency

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Geriatric or home care experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check

Availability Requirements:

• 
  

  Flexible availability for 10–15 hours per week

  
  


• 
  

  Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to take on on-call responsibilities
