Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Unit (Day Shift)

The Inpatient RN safely provides and guides direct patient care within the hospital setting. This includes implementing plans of care, delivering clinical interventions, and managing medication administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Plan and deliver safe, effective care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the multidisciplinary team to update progress toward goals and support positive patient outcomes.
- Clinical Monitoring: Monitor for changes in patient condition and execute ordered interventions appropriately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Compliance: Maintain patient privacy and ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
- Resource Management: Practice cost containment by utilizing facility resources appropriately.
- Professional Growth: Participate in facility training and continuous learning opportunities.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Schedule:
Day Shift: (3) 12-hour shifts per week.
