Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Pay: $45.00 to $71.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day or Night Shift | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week (80 hours per pay period)

Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for its Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, applying the full nursing process while supporting patient education and contributing to high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice per Oregon State Board of Nursing
• Educate patients and family members
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate across departments to ensure comprehensive care
• Respond effectively in crisis situations

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in EMR systems, internet use, and basic documentation
• Ability to teach and communicate effectively with patients and teams
