Registered Nurse (RN) Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)

This unit is ideal for nurses who want to build a broad skillset across neuro, trauma, post -op, and medical patients in a collaborative environment. 

What You’ll Do:

• Care for a diverse patient population including neuro, trauma, and post -surgical patients
  
• Perform hands -on, intervention -heavy nursing care
  
• Partner closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3–1:4 depending on acuity
  

What We’re Looking For:

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
  
• Strong clinical foundation or desire to learn
  
• Team -oriented and adaptable
