Job Description - Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Day Shifts

Location: Shrewsbury, MA

Shifts: Monday, Thursday, Friday 6:30am-3:30pm. Possibility of additional hours/days

Patient Details:
* 18 year old male
* Status post tracheostomy decannulation/care
* Nebulizer treatments
* G tube and PO feedings/medications
* Assist in prescribed PT/OT Therapies

Patient narrative: Patient is an remarkable 18 year-old male who loves engaging with his family and friends. He is ambulatory, verbal, and loves anything related to sports. He has primary diagnoses of Tracheomalacia (status-post decannulation), Congenital Kyphosis, Scoliosis, GERD, and an Orthopedic Surgical History. Looking for a nurse who will work with patient both at home and to accompany to school when necessary. Nurse must have good assessment skills be very infection-control conscious as patient is immunocompromised.

* *Pay Rates*: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:
* *RN*: $44/$46/$48 per hour *LPN*: $36/$38/$40 per hour
