A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting positive patient outcomes in an acute care environment.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process and established clinical standards
Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care setting
Monitor patient conditions and promptly identify and respond to changes in status
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and coordinate patient care plans
Organize, prioritize, and update care plans in partnership with patients and families
Identify patients at risk for injury and implement appropriate safety interventions
Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Demonstrate professional accountability and participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of six months of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
