Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical

ATC Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical with a minimum of 2 years of experience for immediate hire to join our warm, safe, and friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units, ensuring safety and comfort.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.


• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in medical records.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.


• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience the above or related field.


• Active BLS, TB and Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.


• Strong knowledge of hospital medicine practices and protocols.


• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts on weekends or holidays.
