A leading healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.
Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care that promotes optimal patient outcomes
Delegate appropriate patient care activities to members of the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Demonstrate professional accountability and participate in ongoing professional development activities
Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and patient safety
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Minimum of six months of acute care nursing experience required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
