Registered Nurse RN - Med/Surg

We are seeking Full Time Med/Surg - Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital and offering a generous sign-on bonus and additional relocation assistance!!

Position: Registered Nurse RN – Med/Surg

Location: Panama City, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Compensation:

Salary Range: Up to $39.60/hr. (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days / $15,000 Nights

Qualifications:

• Candidates need to have ACUTE CARE RN EXPERIENCE within 3 years unless you have more than 3 years, then it can be within the last 5 YEARS!!!
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of experience as an RN and if they have their compact license (They’ll still need to apply for the FL license) If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and once they pass we can consider (This is if candidates do not have a FL RN  License) 
• Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Customer service abilities include effective listening skills.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
