Rotating D/N 12 hr shifts
36 hrs/week
(Sorry, no new grads will be considered however we do have another Acute Care Hospital in a different state that will accept New Grads into their Med-Surg residency program for as little as a one year commitment.)

Weâre looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our neonates with compassion and one who can facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating families on care and transition to home. Ideally, the candidate should be a responsible, gentle and well-trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
- Monitor patientâs condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
- Observe and interpret patientâs symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures and documentation in patientâs charts.
- Adjust and administer patientâs medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physicianâs orders.
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety.
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
- Assist physicians during procedures.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
- Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Absolute minimum of 1 year current full time equivalent (2080 hrs) fully licensed RN experience in a NICU III
Prefer 2+ Yrs experience in NICU III
Candidates close to one year NICU III experience may apply and commence paperwork to become eligible to work in the USA. Final interview with hiring manager will occur for potential candidates upon attaining one full year of NICU III experience
