Job Description:

Seeking RNs with the following experience for our Celebration Float Pool:

·         Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or

·         Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Shift: Days, 7a-7p, Weekend Rotation Required

Job Description:

* Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals. * Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary. * Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. * Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• 1 year of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

• Will float to appropriate departments within scope, skill/ability, and credentials.


Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]



Work Experience:

• 1+ years acute care hospital experience [Preferred]
