Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs.
Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in physical and emotional status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patients for changes in behavior, mood, and overall condition.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.
Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral management as appropriate.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, medications, and patient progress.
Follow all applicable safety, infection control, and clinical standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
Behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, or related experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and crisis-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients across a wide age range.
Ability to work every other weekend.
