Registered Nurse (RN) - School Setting

SpeechCom Inc. is hiring a full-time, CA Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to serve a school district in Encinitas, CA for the 2025/2026 school year.

Details

• Full-time
• 8 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Pay: $50-$60/hour depending on experience
• One Student - will ride transportation with student (to and from school site) and work with student at school site
• Must be able to perform a range of duties that include, but are not limited to: monitor SpO2, operate oxygen concentration, provide Tube Feeding (TF), suction of excess secretion (if needed for student care)
• Must pass LiveScan
• New TB Test to be completed

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, as described on individualized education plan (IEP), and parent consent
• Monitor and manage oxygen levels
• Provide Tube Feeding (TF)
• Suction of excess secretion if needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Maintain professional lines of communication with parent and district staff
• Maintain professional boundaries with parents
