Registered Nurse – Critical Care / Step -Down (Experienced RNs)

The Staff Pad | Wausau, WI | Day & Night Shifts

The Staff Pad is seeking experienced Registered Nurses looking to take the next step in a high -acuity, team -oriented environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast -paced critical care setting while stepping into leadership pathways such as Charge RN and team lead roles.

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex patient cases and higher acuity assignments
Support and mentor newer nursing staff
Collaborate with leadership to drive patient outcomes and unit performance
