Shift: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM

Pay Rate: $37.24 per hour

Job Description:

Nightingale’s List is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled nursing facility in Muscle Shoals, AL. This facility specializes in providing exceptional care for individuals recovering from illness or injury, offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. As an RN in this setting, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality medical and rehabilitation services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

• Assist in the rehabilitation process by supporting residents with activities of daily living and mobility exercises.

• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

• Educate residents and their families on health conditions, care plans, and treatments.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care and progress.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.

• Valid CPR certification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
