Registered Nurse (RN) - SNF & Transitional Care - Travel Position
Location: Kalispell, MT
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x12s Nights
Pay: $2972/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing & Transitional Care team. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalization while supporting their transition back to independence. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, effective, and personalized care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
Support patients in achieving recovery goals and independence.
Educate patients and families on health management, rehabilitation, and transition planning.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
Supervise and collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in MT
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, COVID vaccine, TB test
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (skilled nursing, rehab, or transitional care)
