Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Cedar Park Med is hiring RN Supervisors for both day and night shifts.

Candidates must have at least three years of RN experience, including one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include:

• 
  

  Overseeing nursing services under the direction of the Director of Nursing

  
  


• 
  

  Assigning and managing nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring high-quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating care with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring unit operations and employee performance

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting MDS/PRI and care planning processes

  
  


• 
  

  Acting as administrator in the absence of nursing leadership

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining documentation and ensuring medical directives are followed

  
  

This is a leadership role ideal for experienced RNs ready to take charge and support both clinical quality and team coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of RN experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid NY RN license.
• COVID vaccination required.
