Job Description
As our Wound Care Program Director, you’ll be at the forefront of our commitment to wound management excellence. You will lead our wound care team, develop treatment plans, and ensure that our residents receive personalized, effective care. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment focused on healing and comfort for our residents.

What You’ll Do:
Lead our wound care program and team, ensuring best practices and compliance
Perform skin and wound assessments and oversee treatment plans
Educate, mentor, and inspire our nursing team
Collaborate with providers and the care team to promote healing and prevention
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN license in the State of Arizona (Required)
Certification in wound care (such as CWCN, CWS, or equivalent)
2+ years of wound care experience, ideally in skilled nursing or post-acute care
Demonstrated experience in managing wound care
Dedicated to delivering compassionate care
A compassionate leader with strong communication and teaching skills

Fingerprint Clearance Card to be obtained within 30 days of employment – Paid by the facility
CPR Certification to be completed within 90 days of employment – Paid by the facility
Salary: Greater than $100k
Full-time employment
Monday - Friday
