Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care Specialist | Ostomy/Continence

Iredell Health System is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team as an Inpatient Wound Care Specialist. This direct patient care role centers heavily on managing complex wounds, ostomies, fistulas, and continence care. In addition to delivering bedside care, you will act as a vital clinical resource to our hospital staff, ensuring evidence-based practices are integrated across all departments. • BSN and a minimum of two years experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Completion of an accredited Wound Ostomy Continence ET Program and current Certification in Wound Ostomy Continence Nursing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good judgment and problem solving skills.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
