Job Description - Registered Nurse - Step Down

We are seeking experienced ICU skilled nurses to work straight night shifts every other weekend in a Medical Step Down/Pulmonary Unit. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Duties include invasive monitoring, managing ventilators, tracheostomies, and more. Flexibility to float to other units is expected, and occasional call-offs may be required.
