How you will make an impact:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Mountain Vista Senior Living, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psycho-social well-being and supervising staff in all areas of the facility during assigned shifts. You will also provide oversight to assigned areas of our facility during your shifts, working closely with our floor nursing team to manage care needs for residents.
Schedule: This is a part-time or full-time position with day, evening, night, and PRN shifts available. All shifts require an alternating weekend and occasional holidays.
