Registered Nurse Telemetry Float Pool (Full-Time, Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in various telemetry units

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

  
  


• 
  

  Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to manage changing conditions

  Maintain a safe and healing environment for patients and families

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  
  


• 
  

  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California

  
  


• 
  

  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association

  
  


• 
  

  Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of one (1) year recent experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in critical care or telemetry settings

  
  

Preferred Experience:

• 
  

  Experience working in a float pool or multiple hospital units

  
  


• 
  

  Strong adaptability and communication skills
