Registered Nurse – Transplant Cellular Therapy
Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Full-time, (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview:

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Transplant Cellular Therapy unit. This role involves providing specialized care to patients undergoing Stem Cell Transplant and treatment for hematologic disorders, while working within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, patient-centered care with a focus on safety and outcomes
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• Monitor and manage patients undergoing stem cell transplant therapy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care guidelines

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in an acute care hospital
• Experience in Stem Cell Transplant Therapy or Oncology preferred 
• Active Florida RN license or approved Multi-state Compact RN license
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days of relocation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire (AHA Provider)
