We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Trauma ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to acutely and critically ill patients in a dynamic Level I Trauma Center environment.

In this role, you will care for patients facing complex, life-threatening conditions requiring advanced monitoring, specialized therapies, and rapid clinical decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in high-acuity settings, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and is passionate about delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care to critically ill and trauma patients


• Monitor, assess, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions


• Administer complex medication protocols and advanced therapies


• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


• Support patients and families through critical care treatment and recovery

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing


• Minimum 2 years of recent Trauma ICU experience (within the last 3 years)


• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center


• Experience in a high-acuity ICU setting required

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Current BLS and ACLS certifications


• ABLS required


• TNCC and/or CCRN certification required
