This full-time, W2 direct hire role includes relocation and sign-on bonuses (case-by-case), and offers a high-acuity OR environment that values speed, precision, and clinical collaboration.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Miami, Florida

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $40.00 $50.00/hour (based on experience)

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

• Setting: Trauma OR / Acute Care

What Youll Do

• Deliver trauma-focused perioperative nursing care

• Scrub and circulate for emergency procedures

• Collaborate with surgeons and trauma response teams

• Uphold safety protocols and maintain surgical readiness

What Youll Bring

• Active RN license (Florida or compact)

• 2+ years in Trauma OR or high-acuity surgery preferred

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability under pressure
