As a Registered Nurse Here With Us, You Will:

• Obtain and record vital signs for patients as needed throughout their duration in a residential facility.
• Plans and delivers nursing assessments and interventions related to medication and psychiatric diagnoses of the patient.
• Completes pre-admission triage and determines the appropriateness of admission as patients begin their journey here with us.
• Administers medications to patients consistent with medication policies, practices, and standards that align with organizational standards.
• Documents in the patient’s chart nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes while functioning as an active member of the treatment care planning team.
• Ensures both patients and employees are protected by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

Exciting Qualities You May Have:

• Experience with Behavioral Health
• Previous work experience in a residential clinical setting
• Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health
• Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment.
