Registered Nurse – Amada Senior Care, Portland, OR
Salary: $98,000 annually 
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours
Location: Portland Metro Area

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team. Our RNs play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of care for each client while supporting our caregivers and care coordination staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial RN assessments, 30-day and 90-day supervisory visits, and update Plans of Care as needed.


• Perform delegations and complete supervisory visits for all clients across our service area.


• Collaborate closely with internal care team members to support high-quality client outcomes.


• Maintain professional documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.


• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.


• Represent Amada Senior Care with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.


• Previous experience in home health or in-home care is highly preferred.


• Valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.


• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
