Job Title: Part Time (Two Days a Week Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9AM-6PM) Registered Nurse - General Health and Weight Management 

Control Position Overview: Radiance Medspa is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in general health and weight control to join our esteemed team in Woodbury, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle choices and implementing evidence-based strategies for weight management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough in person and phone consultations with adult patients seeking follow up appointments regarding their weight management services at Radiance.


2. Monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient, incorporating dietary counseling, exercise goals, and performing semaglutide injections as appropriate.


3. Provide ongoing education and support to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.


4. Collaborate closely with our Nurse Practitioner and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes.


5. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient histories, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota.


2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and motivate them to achieve their health goals.


3. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.


4. Commitment to professional development and ongoing education in the fields of general health and weight management.
