Registered Nurse/Clinical Resource

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Resource to join our team. Northern Healthcare has ten facility has ten facilities located in Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Montana.  The Clinical Resource will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical operations across ten facilities.

This position requires travel amongst the ten facilities assigned on a regular basis but will mainly support our facilities in the Coeur d' Alene and Spokane area facilities.  Remote work available when not traveling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare staff across ten facilities.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

· Monitor and support clinical protocols and procedures.

· Conduct regular training sessions for clinical staff.

· Support and develop Chief Nursing Officers and their clinical teams.

· Collaborate with facility managers to address clinical challenges and improve patient outcomes.

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.

· Serve as a liaison between the facilities and Northern Healthcare regional team.

· Minimum of 3 Years of experience as a successful Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting.

· Registered Nurse (RN), license active in Washington, Idaho or Montana. May be required to obtain Compact license that is accepted in all three states.

· Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a multi-facility setting.

· Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards for Washington, Idaho and Montana.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to travel between facilities as needed.

· Ideal candidate will live near our Eastern Washington and Coeur D' Alene locations.
