Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Norwich, NY

Payrate starting: $50/hr

Responsibilities

• Administer medications
• Provide treatments as ordered
• Follow individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes

Hours & Shifts

• Full-time
• Day and night shifts/per diem
• Weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Active NY State RN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
